Welcome to Re-inking the Past! This blog is my attempt to share what I learn as I continue along my journey into the world of antique typewriters in hopes of ensuring that these machines of the past are able to survive into the future. Feel free to stop by the About Me or Mission Statement pages to learn more about me and my goals for this blog. Most of my content will be about the history of and my repair journeys with antique machines, but I might also throw in some show and tell and more modern fare from time to time (Selectrics are a notable favorite of mine, as are mechanical calculators).
